Every day, every one of us is influenced by someone, and in turn, we influence others. Today, more than ever before, the ability to be a compelling force on the thoughts, behaviors, or opinions of others is critical. In this session, Karen Lawson will present a practical, how-to approach to increasing your interpersonal effectiveness in both your professional and personal lives. No matter what your position or career stage, you will learn how to be more successful when dealing with clients, colleagues, and employees, regardless of the situation.
